I started my teaching career in the lower mainland teaching at a home school/hybrid program and later in a Surrey high school teaching senior Computer Science. In 2006, I relocated to Prince George BC and joined SET-BC as a regional consultant. During this time, I completed my Master of Educational Technology, through UBC. When the new service delivery model began in 2015, I took on the role of a SETBC Service Coordinator.
Given that I reside outside of the lower mainland, I have enjoyed using social networking to connect with other educators all over the world. I’m always happy to share my technical interests (such as raspberry pi, programming and electronics) or draw on my skillset as a computer programmer to create unique single switch activities. My interests outside of work also include backyard chickens, chess, juggling, improvisational & stand-up comedy.
